Day 01 :
Departure via scheduled airline
Day 02 - Rome:
Arrive in Rome and be greeted by awaiting guide and coach that will take you to your hotel. After check-in and relaxation time, begin your orientation tour of the Eternal City. Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 03 - Rome:
Today’s guided tour begins at the Colosseum. Next, see the Forum, the civic center of Imperial Rome. After a lunch break in Trastevere, it’s on to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. After dinner, visit the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Don’t forget the gelato!
Day 04 - Rome/Vatican City:
A full day of sightseeing is planned beginning at the Vatican Museum to see some of the greatest art in Western Europe. The Raphael rooms and Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel highlight this visit, followed by the Baroque splendor of St. Peters Basilica.
Day 5 – Rome/Ostia Antica:
Travel to the Roman port, Ostia Antica. Stroll through the excavations of this classical Roman city, in it’s time one of the most important ports in the world. Return with your guide via Rome’s metro and to your hotel.
Day 6 - Rome/Florence Optional Tour :
A free day can be used to explore St. Peter in Chains to view Michelangelo’s Moses, Santa Maria Maggiore, or perhaps San Clemente’s multilayer churches dating back to the Romans. Or choose an optional tour to Florence. Board your morning train and meet your guide to begin a walking tour to Santa Maria Novella, San Lorenzo, the Duomo, the Giotto’s Bell Tower, the Baptistery, and Santa Croce Basilica and a reserved visit to the Academy of Art to see Michelangelo's David. Return to Rome in the evening.
Day 07 - Rome:
Today is a perfect opportunity to use your Roma Pass to explore Rome. Your pass gives you two free admissions (without  lines) and a 50% reduction for others. Public transportation is also included. Select a special place for your final dinner.
Day 08 – Rome/USA :
Transfer to Rome’s airport and your return flight.
